Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and warehouse clearance products are not eligible for return.

Are JuJuBe bags machine washable?

Many of our bags are machine washable! We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and air drying to maintain the integrity of the fabric and hardware. Always check the specific care label inside your bag.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
