At JuJuBe, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed and unused items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and include the printed packing slip inside.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
